Q & A
Who We Serve
Not at all! The great thing about therapy is it isn't just for people with a diagnosable disorder. A therapist is there to help you explore the problem you're facing, and how you want to move forward. That can be everything from a diagnosable disorder, to the stresses of a new job.
If you feel you have a disorder but you haven't received a diagnosis yet, that's okay, too. Receiving a diagnosis is your choice, and you can continue to see your therapist whether you receive an official diagnosis or not.
